The pre purchase course is recommended for anyone interested in
purchasing a home. It's advised to take the classes 4 weeks prior to
closing. The Realizing the American Dream curriculum is used. A
Certificate of Completion will be issued at the end of the course, valid
for one year from certificate date.

of Victory is a HUD Approved Housing Counseling Agency. The course
meets the requirements for THDA, The Housing Fund, Welcome Home,
USDA and other affordable housing and down payment assistance programs.
The cost for this class is $50 per household for in person or Zoom THDA
pre-purchase
course and $100 for our online course, which is available 24 hours, 7
days a week.
