The pre purchase course is recommended for anyone interested in
purchasing a home. The Realizing the American Dream curriculum is used. A
Certificate of Completion will be issued at the end of the course, valid
for one year from certificate date.

meets the requirements for THDA, The Housing Fund, Welcome Home,
USDA, FHA, VA and other affordable housing and down payment assistance programs.
The cost for this class is $50 per household for in person or via Zoom and $100 for our online course, which is available 24 hours, 7
days a week.
