Certificate of Completion will be issued at the end of the course, valid

meets the requirements for THDA, The Housing Fund, Welcome Home,
USDA, FHA, VA and other affordable housing and down payment assistance programs.
The cost for this class is $50 per household for in person or via Zoom and $100 for our online course, which is available 24 hours, 7
days a week.

Course Description:
This course is taught by a HUD Certified Housing Counselor and is recommended for anyone interested in purchasing a home and is strongly encouraged to be taken at least 4 weeks prior to closing. The Finally Home Curriculum is used, and each household will receive a digital access code along with a Certificate of Completion that will satisfy THDA Home Buyer Education requirements and many other down payment assistance program requirements. The first step in the homebuying process is understanding your readiness to purchase a home.
