This course is recommended for
anyone interested in purchasing a home and is approved for a THDA Mortgage
Loan Programs. It is recommended that this course be taken at least 3 weeks
prior to closing. The Realizing the American Dream curriculum is used and
provided to each household, in addition to a Certificate of Completion. The
following topics are covered during this class:

- Obtaining a mortgage loan
- Shopping for a Home
- Protecting Your Investment

meets the requirements for THDA, The Housing Fund, Welcome Home,
USDA and other affordable housing and down payment assistance programs.
The cost for this class is $50 per household for in person or Zoom THDA
pre-purchase
course and $100 for our online course, which is available 24 hours, 7
days a week.
